What is Pickleball Party Planner?
The mission of Pickleball Party Planner is to create meaningful moments through play. We want to make it easy and accessible to plan events - big or small - so that we can connect more in the real world. Pickleball parties are our favorite way to do this but many of the ideas and resources can be applied to other activities!
So, you’re, like, an event coordinator?
Yes! We can help with full service event coordination and we can also augment or consult with an existing event staff. We are adaptable and know how to take the lead or stay in our lane depending on the situation, scale, and goal of the event. Every celebration is unique and we want to honor that!
How do I get started?
We invite you to start with the blog! This is a free resource to get inspiration for wherever you’re at in the party planning process. Next, you can shoot us an email to schedule 20-minute party planning chat! This is a ZERO pressure call where we can get to know you and provide some support, ideas and be a sounding board for you! If it makes sense, we can continue with paid support leading up to your event! We also have a limited availability for our Epic Smash and Custom Party Planning services.

Where is Pickleball Party Planner available?
EVERYWHERE! While we are local to the Dallas-Fort Worth area (specifically Denton, Texas), we want to feature great Pickleball venues worldwide. We offer in-person party facilitator services and are willing to travel if our schedules allow it.
