HI, I’M CECILIA!

By day I’m a real estate agent, but at heart I’ve always been the friend who turns an ordinary weeknight into a themed dinner party with a custom playlist and just enough sparkle to make it unforgettable. I have a soft spot for silly, over-the-top, joy-filled gatherings, and pickleball just happens to be my favorite excuse to bring people together.

Pickleball Party Planner was born after I planned my own 40th birthday, which, yes, revolved entirely around pickleball. That day showed me how powerful it is to mix play, connection, and a little healthy competition. Life gets busy, and it’s easy to put celebration on the back burner. I created this to make it simple, meaningful, and seriously fun.

Pickleball checks every box for me: movement, laughter, teamwork, sunshine, and community. After losing my dad to Alzheimer’s in 2024, the game became even more personal. I saw how important connection and activity are for brain health and well-being. Supporting Alzheimer’s causes is part of my long-term mission, and I hope to weave purpose into every party we plan.

We’re all carrying a lot these days. The world can feel heavy, which is exactly why I believe joy matters. Not the fluffy kind, but the real kind that brings people closer and reminds us what’s important. If I can help you carve out space for celebration, connection, and a few epic rallies along the way, I’d be honored.

  • The mission of Pickleball Party Planner is to create meaningful moments through play. We want to make it easy and accessible to plan events - big or small - so that we can connect more in the real world. Pickleball parties are our favorite way to do this but many of the ideas and resources can be applied to other activities!

  • Sorta! We offer pickleball party planning and facilitation services. This is a bit different than full on event coordination because we are only focused on the Pickleball portion of your event. We thrive in keeping the vibes up and the momentum going in a pickleball setting. We will leave the other parts of your event up to you or a true event coordinator. We like to stay in our lane and focus on what we know—partying with pickleball!

  • We invite you to start with the blog! This is a free resource to get inspiration for wherever you’re at in the party planning process. Next, you can shoot us an email to schedule 20-minute party planning chat! This is a ZERO pressure call where we can get to know you and provide some support, ideas and be a sounding board for you! If it makes sense, we can continue with paid support leading up to your event! We also have a limited availability for our Epic Smash and Custom Party Planning services.

  • EVERYWHERE! While we are local to the Dallas-Fort Worth area (specifically Denton, Texas), we want to feature great Pickleball venues worldwide. We offer in-person party facilitator services and are willing to travel if our schedules allow it.
